My passion is providing small to mid-size organizations personalized consulting services during their Salesforce platform implementations. I can provide data mapping and migration assistance, business process design guidance, all declarative system configuration, development of reports and dashboards, assistance with training materials as well as training programs and knowledge transfer. The goal is to be your internal advocate and set you up for success.
PROJECTS
I have completed several projects over the last decade including traditional Salesforce CRM implementations, migration of old Salesforce instances into new environments, integration of data and processes from legacy systems onto the platform, implementation of Salesforce based Applicant Tracking Systems (JobScience) and Professional Service Automation systems (FinancialForce).

I service small to mid-size clients exclusively. I add the greatest value to a smaller organization that is either navigating an implementation or is looking to take their current instance to the next level. My clients often lack a dedicated internal resource to manage implementation requirements or are stretched too thin to follow through on their implementation or mature instance road map.

Having a dedicated personal resource can greatly speed the implementation time and help ensure that your business processes are being correctly configured in accordance with your stakeholders, giving you more control over your implementation and saving your organization time and money by not having to rely completely on the implementation team of your service provider.
